Gear Box:

• Heavy duty double reduction gear box assembly with superlative workmanship and incorporated with heavy duty taper roller bearing with the capability to relent radial axial loads for crushing.

Cooker:

• Steam Jacketed horizontal cooker fitted on the Main Expeller Body.

Main Shaft:

A distinctive hollow drive sleeve arrangement to permit the main worm shaft to terminate conveniently without affecting the gear box assembly. Also, it has the facility for water cooling plan for optimum quality oil and cake. Alloy steel main shaft, cage bars and worms are manufactured from special steel material with suitable hardening to function optimally under operating pressure and long last.

Electric Motor:

Expeller drive including Slip Ring Electric Motor equipped with special starter - slow start up with reversible switch panel board. It is resistant to wear and tear and restarts easily in case of sudden power failure.
